We apply a dedicated wood cleaner (sodium percarbonate-based) that breaks down mold, mildew, and gray oxidation. It foams up and lifts the contaminants out of the wood grain. We let it dwell 10–15 minutes.
Low-Pressure Rinse
Using wide-fan tips at low pressure (around 500–800 PSI — far below what we'd use on concrete), we rinse away the lifted grime. The right pressure means we clean without gouging or furring the wood surface.
Wood Brightener
